Who Is Ayinde..
Ayinde Z. Wayne is a technology leader, education innovator, and systems thinker whose life’s work centers on expanding access, representation, and opportunity—particularly for Black youth and underserved communities.
From an early age, Ayinde developed an instinct for identifying opportunity beyond crowded systems and conventional thinking. Going back to his artist roots, Ayinde, formely known as “Yane,” embodies resilience, innovation, and relentless hustle. Nicknamed “Mr. Work Hard, Play Hard,” he built his musical reputation through raw storytelling, early industry recognition, and unconventional grassroots strategies that set him apart in the St. Louis hip-hop scene. From securing an indie deal at 16 and collaborations with national artists to forging a successful solo path through surrounding local markets, Yane consistently created opportunities where none existed.
Today, Ayinde brings that same trailblazing mindset to technology as the founder of MARTI AI Solutions, an artificial intelligence platform transforming K–12 education. By democratizing access to safe AI-powered learning, automation, and data insights, he continues to redefine impact across technology, education, and philanthropy.

Ayinde’s journey into technology was ignited when an HBCU professor sparked his imagination, urging him to envision a future in tech. This moment opened a new world of possibilities. After earning degrees in Information Systems and Finance, he spent more than 15 years driving technological innovation in education and beyond. Early in his career, he worked in the corporate sector as a Systems Analyst. As one of the few black tech employees in his workplace, he faced the challenges of limited representation and career advancement, experiences that fueled his determination to make a lasting impact in the tech industry.

Those obstacles did not hold him back; instead, they defined his purpose and ignited his drive to open doors for others in technology. This passion led him to found Pipelines Youth Academy (PYA), a nonprofit dedicated to mentoring Black youth and encouraging them to pursue careers in the tech field. Through PYA, Ayinde established internship programs in the Hazelwood and University City School Districts, providing high school students with critical hands-on experience. Alongside this work, Ayinde served as the Director of Information Technology for the School District of University City, distinguishing himself as the only Black male in a director-level IT leadership role within the region’s K–12 education sector. This achievement underscores both his personal success and the ongoing need for greater diversity in the technology industry.

Ayinde's work reflects his broader vision for the future of education, where technology not only enhances learning but also bridges gaps in opportunity and representation. As Ayinde continues to innovate and lead, his efforts to empower the next generation of tech professionals and foster greater inclusivity in the tech space are just beginning.

Beyond his work with youth, one of Ayinde's most significant innovations is the development of MARTI AI, an artificial intelligence (AI) solution tailored for schools. MARTI AI is an innovative AI platform offering a comprehensive suite of features that enhance communication, streamline operations, and support student learning. MARTI AI represents a transformative leap forward and is poised to redefine learning experiences and operational efficiencies through the strategic integration of artificial intelligence within organizations.
Ayinde’s journey is a testament to the power of innovation, representation, and commitment to empowering others. Through his groundbreaking work in technology, education, and mentorship, he is not only shaping the future of the tech industry but also paving the way for the next generation of diverse leaders and innovators. This is just the beginning...
